REMOTE Slow Paced Class Overview
These classes use simple, accessible sequences at a steady pace that supports the integration of body, breath, and mind. The slower tempo allows time for observation, alignment, and the gradual development of stability and confidence in your practice.
Remote Class Information
All remote classes are delivered online via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you up to 30 minutes prior to the class commencing.
Equipment and Setup
A basic yoga kit is recommended: mat, 2 blocks, 1 belt, 1 bolster, and 2–3 blankets.
Remote Class Etiquette
Leave your camera off and mic muted.
Focus on your practice while keeping a clear visual of the teacher.
