REMOTE Established class overview
Our Established classes invite you to deepen your practice of self-study, expanding your awareness of how emotions and thoughts give rise to the sense of “self.” At this stage of practice, you are encouraged to observe the emergence of emotion and thought as dynamic experiences — to recognise their patterns and explore how adjusting or recalibrating them can shift your experience of self.
Remote Class Information
All remote classes are delivered online via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you anytime within 30 minutes before the class starts.
Equipment and Setup
A basic yoga kit is recommended: mat, belt, bolster, 2 blocks, and 2–3 blankets.
