STUDIO Pranayama Class Overview
Pranayama is the Yogic art of breathing. More than just breathing exercises, it is a practice that stabilises the mind and nervous system. Throughout the term, we work progressively using a range of lying and seated breathing exercises to develop understanding and deepen your practice of these patterns.

Class Arrival
Doors open 15 minutes before the class begins, giving you time to arrive and settle into the space.

Equipment and Setup
All equipment is available to borrow at the studio, though you are welcome to bring your own. A basic yoga kit contains: mat, 2 blocks, 1 belt, 1 bolster, and 2 blankets. We recommend bringing your own mat.
