REMOTE Pranayama Overview
Pranayama is the Yogic art of breathing. More than just breathing exercises, it is a practice that stabilises the mind and nervous system. Throughout the term, we progress gradually, using a range of lying and seated breathing exercises to develop understanding and deepen your practice of these patterns.
Remote Class Information
All remote classes are delivered online via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you up to 30 minutes prior to the class commencing.
Equipment and Setup
A basic yoga kit is recommended: mat, belt, bolster, 2 blocks, and 2–3 blankets.
Remote Class Etiquette
Leave your camera off and mic muted.
Focus on your practice while keeping a clear visual of the teacher.
