Mature Class overview
This class is designed for experienced students who maintain a regular Iyengar Yoga practice. Led by senior teacher Alan Goode, the sessions are focused and progressive, building on established understanding and depth of practice.
As the work in this level is cumulative and requires consistent attendance, it is not suitable for casual participation. Please contact the office prior to attending to confirm suitability.
Class Arrival
Doors open 15 minutes before the class begins, allowing time to arrive and settle before practice commences.
Equipment and Setup
All equipment is available to borrow at the studio. You are welcome to bring your own equipment. A basic yoga kit contains: mat, 2 blocks, 1 belt, 1 bolster and 2 blankets. We do recommend bringing your own mat.
