REMOTE Foundation Class Overview
Our Foundation classes begin cultivating a steady, consistent approach to practice — one that gradually influences the condition of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the clarity of the mind.
The Foundation level invites you to build awareness and resilience while evolving your understanding of yourself. Recognising that humans are complex beings, our aim is to integrate the many layers of experience — physical, energetic, and emotional — into a more unified sense of presence.
Remote Class Information
All remote classes are delivered online via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you anytime within 30 minutes before the class starts.
Equipment and Setup
A basic yoga kit is recommended: mat, belt, bolster, 2 blocks, and 2–3 blankets.
