Open classes are suitable for everyone and provide an opportunity to deepen and diversify your practice. Our teachers are attentive to the range of experience in the class and offer asana modifications and the use of props to support each student’s needs.
Remote Class Information
All remote classes are delivered online via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you anytime within 30 minutes before the class starts.
Equipment and Setup
A basic yoga kit is recommended: mat, belt, bolster, 2 blocks, and 2–3 blankets.
