REMOTE Early Morning Intensive — Overview
Our Week-Long Intensive is designed to help you connect deeply with your practice. Building on our classes, the program carefully extends the range of asana, linking them into precise sequences that cultivate concentration, equanimity, and body alignment.
These classes aim to deepen your understanding of the postures, enhance strength and flexibility, and promote balance between effort and ease in your practice.
Remote Class Information
All remote classes are delivered online via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you anytime within 30 minutes before the class starts.
Equipment and Setup
A basic yoga kit is recommended: mat, belt, 2 blocks, and 2–3 blankets.
Remote Class Etiquette
Leave your camera off and mic muted.
Focus on your practice while keeping a clear visual of the teacher.
